Established in 1997, Sichuan Deyang Rainbow Printing & Dyeing Co., Ltd. is one of the 100 key enterprises of Deyang City and is engaged in the professional manufacture, trade and sale of various decorative fabrics in the width of 280cm and bedding articles. Since the very beginning, our company has invested a total capital of over RMB 30 million to import advanced printing and dyeing machinery from Sweden, Italy and Germany, which stand for the leading technology of the 1990s.
Currently, our company owns five production lines with necessary assistant equipment for bleaching of 180cm width fabric, bleaching of 280cm fabric, as well as mercerizing, dyeing and printing of fabrics respectively. In addition, we also provide service on various post-finishing means such as softening, calendering, coating, delousing, resin coating, flame retardant, water proof, and anti stain. Products that can be processed include 100% cotton, T/C high-count poplin, polyester, ramie, filament, rayon, and blended and interwoven fabrics with the width of less than 100cm. To ensure quality, our company has always regarded it as the key for our development to continuously upgrade the quality of our products. In July 2002, we successfully passed the certification of ISO9001:2000, a step which is believed to further strengthen and stabilize quality to all customers' satisfaction.
Requirements of the need to sell our products to international market have also driven us to set up an imp. & exp. subsidiary company with the right of dealing in foreign trade, which has helped to strength our communication with foreign partners. By now, our products have been exported to over 20 countries and regions, such as North America, Europe, and Southeast Asia. Our company also attaches great importance on environmental protection to improve working environment. In 2000, we finished the project of a sewage processing center which can process 1,200 tons of sewage, thus realizing the comprehensive 2nd grade for sewage draining required by the state. Now our company is able to process all sewage produced during production.
