Sichuan Taiyi high tech material Co., Ltd, which was established in 2011, is a production and development combined fluororubber plastic manufacture located in western China. we are new tech enterprise which supported by government developing program. We mainly specialize in producing different types of special fluororubber plastic products, including o rings, sealing strips, tubes, sheets, Anticorrosive spraying, etc. Our aim is to help our customers design an innovative, effective, and high-performance products. Through the Japanese production technique and Germany facilities, we can apply die cutting, slitting, laminating, modeling techniques, in order to provide prototype and manufacture parts which meets your requirements.
We have been cooperating with many big domestic and overseas companies, such as CASC, NPIC, CNGC, CHEMCHINA etc. Our products have been exported to many countries and regions, such as Canada, Russia, Singapore, Korea, etc. we have 9 CNC machine lines , 3 EDM design machines, and we can make over 100 sets rubber mould per month. Our new standard production factory covers an area of about 34,600 square meters, and our production capacity is over 50 tons per month. Our well managed team of technocrats and qualified engineers have in depth industry knowledge in their respective domains .Their continuous support and assistance enable us to carry-out the entire production process within the stipulated time-frame and as per stringent quality standards.
