Fujian New Longma Motor Co., Ltd (Keyton Motor for short) is an affiliated company of Fujian Motor Industry Group Co., Ltd.(abbreviated as FJ MOTOR). FJ MOTOR's other affiliated companies include Fujian Benz, a commercial vehicle manufacturer in cooperation with Daimler, King Long Motor Group, a listed company in China, and South East Motor, a joint venture with China Motor and Mitsubishi Motors.
Keyton motor has three core projects, that is, the vehicle project with an annual capacity of 300,000 units, the engine project with an annual capacity of 300,000 units and the R&D center. The vehicle project covers an area of 250 acres with a total investment of RMB2 billion. There are four workshops with state-of-the-art technology, namely, pressing, welding, paint and general assembly. The engine project covers an area of 50 acres with a total investment of RMB1.5 billion. There are first-class workshops, laboratory and test center. The R&D center covers an area of 25 acres with a total investment of RMB1.6 billion, which shares rich resources and talents with Fujian Benz, South East Motor, which are key brands under FJ Motor's umbrella.
Keyton Motor's quality control system is learnt from the successful experience of Toyota Production System (TPS), South East Motor and Fujian Benz. Its quality guidelines are Customers' Satisfaction, Continuous Improvement, and in pursuit of Excellence. Quality control starts right from the design phase and runs all the way through the after sales service.
