Fancy Sports Gear Jiashan Co., Ltd. is a leading manufacturer of digital sublimation clothing. Factory was established in 2009 called Jiashan Fancy Sports Gear Factory before. We have a 7000 square meters new factory with 120 workers after 5 years development, our company contains following departments:
Digital Printing Department- we have 2 production lines, the first production line contains 19 Roland printers are mainly used for small quantity team wear orders, the another Italian made Reggiani paper production line is mainly used for big quantity orders, the total capacity can be 7500 square meters per day.
Sublimation Department- we have 5 Italian made Monti Antonio sublimation machines- 3x flatbed press and 2x cylinder, these machines allow us to sublimate high quality image from paper onto the fabric smoothly.
Cut and Sew Department- we have 20 sewers in house mainly making samples and fast turn around small orders, also we have 10 sub contract factories work for us to cut and sew the normal and big quantity orders. The annual output is 1 million pieces.
Design and Graphic department- we have 10 designers who are very well trained and know how to achieve the best printing quality for our customers, also we launch new catalog every year.
Sales Department- we have 15 experienced sales managers provide the best service to our customers along with our top quality products.
