Taian Hosen Wheel Manufacture Co.,Ltd was founded in 2014. The employees have over 10 years experience of alloy wheel production. Hosen aims to become the global leading alloy wheel manufacturer and distributor. We have established sales branch companies and distributor system in several countries. We strongly believe that HOSEN will get great success with our efforts.
HOSEN has the first class R & D capability. We now own hundreds of wheel molds, and will constantly launch and develop more than 100 designs annually. We apply the most advanced software like AutoCAD, Pro-E,UG...in the design process. In order to increase strength and keep the light weight of the wheels, we adopt "Unigraphics" software to finite element analysis in the design process, thus also reduced the testing and development time.
To assure the first class quality and delivery, we equipped with energy saving continuous furnace, high efficiency casting machine, X light detector, continuous heat treatment furnace, automatic processing center and the most advanced coating production line, capable of mold development, design, production of high precision wheels. Our production capability is 50000 pieces per month, and we are making production for replaceable wheel rims for Mercedes Benz, BMW, Audi, Lexus, Infiniti, Cadillac, Lamborghin...etc.
Our production has been fully applied to the TS16949 management system, and has achieved the world professional testing organizations, such as the Japanese JWL VIA certification, Germany TUV certification, Turkey TSE certification, etc..
