3、取代香港，不存在。香港是我國一國兩制的重要城市，是一個(gè)高度自由的貿(mào)易港，誰都不可能取代香港在中國貿(mào)易中的地位，不管是從香港的經(jīng)濟(jì)和法律，都更適應(yīng)于外貿(mào)的發(fā)展。
