Introduction:
The principle of TY-LQHL type biomass gasifier is make biomass materials like agricultural & forestry wastes into gas fuel.These gas fuel can be used in boilers,power generators,heaters,dryer and other types of industry furnaces.This vertical type gasifier adopts fluidized bed pyrolysis technology,materials inside will not coked and flow up.The gasification temperature is even which makes the gasification efficiency stable and high.

This fluidized bed gasifier is very suitable for co-generation,can get heat/steam and electric power at the same time.So,a waste-heat boiler and a internal-combustion power generator should be equipped.
Waste-heat boiler is to produce steam or hot water,and at the same time,cool down the gas.Internal-combustion power generator is to turn cool gas into electric power.Also,there should be a gas storage to make the cool gas stable before internal-combustion generator,so that we can get the power stable.

1.What is this kind of biomass gasifier?
This is fluidized-bed biomass gasification plant.The pyrolysis temerature is about 800℃.
2.What kind of biomass materials can be used?
Woodchips,rice husk,straw,palm shell,wood pellets etc.Just make sure they are not in big size.
3.How much gas fuel can be produced?
Each set of our gsification machine can produce 600-6000M3/h.Different modes have different capacities.
4.How about the spec of the gas fuel?
The heat value is about 1500kcal/M3.(Take stevia rebaudiana as an example.)

5.What is the application/usage of the gas fuel?
Can be used in steam boiler,all kinds of heat-supplying equipment,internal-combustion generator etc.
